Q)How long have you been a resident of the Charlotte area? If not originally from here where did you come from?
A)Been a resident of Charlotte combined going on 5 years. I’m originally a Long Island NY native.
Q)What are some of your favorite hidden gems around the Charlotte area?
A)Rack Em Billiards, Jack Beagals Bar and Grill, Soulejukebox studios, Duppnswat, Blacksheep Skateshop, Piedmont Social House.
Q)What got you into Music? and what keeps you wanting to do it?
A)The desire to be relatable to people all over, what keeps me creating is the simple fact that music and art in general has never failed us EVER while everything else at some point in time has let us down Government/politics/Society. Pretty much you name it and it can’t hold a candle to the power of art. And I feel entitled to be apart of that world as everyone should.
Q)What are some of your other hobbies besides music?
A)I’m just a hard working man, music is literally the one recreational pastime that the universe allows me to doIn my spare time. Unfortunately other than that I’m punching the clock at my 9-5.
Q)What is your go to karaoke song?
A)Whatever songs I know all the words to, definitely something the crowd can join in on to spare some embarrassment.
Q)Who are some of your influences? Music or otherwise?
A)I’ve recently been drawing a lot of influence from comedians lately, George Colin, Patrice Oneal, Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams I think the mind of a comedian is far to complex for you average human. Musical influences: Mary J Blidge, The Internet, Mos Def, Charles Hamilton, Nas, Jasmine Sullivan, Foreign Exchange certainly not limited to these select few few.

Q)What is one of your favorite songs you have written and why?
A)Hard to choose because I have some unreleased to the public so I’ll just say “Stop Lying.”
Q)What was the first concert you attended?
A)Slaughterhouse at Best Buy theater in Manhattan.
