Up-and-coming singer/writer/producer Denny White has been working collaboratively with some big names in music over the past few years. Aside from touring with the likes of Young The Giant, White has written songs for Tiesto, The Fray, and Lukas Graham. His first big mark as an artist himself was his 2013 EP Colors, which he worked on with One Republic’s Brent Kutzle. Now, though, Denny White is venturing out on his own with the release of his new single “Torn Up.”
“Torn Up” sees White laying down his soulful vocals on top of warm synth melodies all while some skittering beats burst in to amp up the energy. This new single shows that While is not afraid to go all-out right out the gate by creating a song that is as catchy as it is heartfelt. It’s is primed and ready to be a hit in 2018 with its ear-catching hooks and layered soundscape.

White had this to say about his newfound inspiration for a track like “Torn Up”:
“It’s exciting and terrifying bringing a kid into this world and it’s brought new perspective to everything, whether it’s nostalgic feelings of when I was kid, or struggles with depression and how I need to be a better person for everyone around me.”
Denny White has clearly been honing in on his craft while working with others over the years. However, it’s time for him to get out there and make his own way. With the release of a such a strong single at the top of 2018, White is sure to be an artist to watch all year long.
